Relative newby to ACAD. First, wondering if it's possible and the easiest way to simply plot double-sided (to output devices that will)?? Is 'Publish' layouts supposedly a single print job of multiple pages, or just like separate plots. All separate print jobs? We have drawings with multiple layouts (via template).
'A plot or publish job is already being processed in the background. Only one job can be processed at a time. Wait for the job to complete, and then try again.' AutoCad:: PDF To Automatically Open When Auto Publish Command Is Complete. AutoCAD LT:: Plot And Publish Job Complete Popup Box. I have already made a few.
Jul 22, 2008 A plot or publish job is already being processed in the background. Only one job can be processed at a time.' I have checked my print/plot settings in AutoCAD and in Windows, and everything appears to be correct. May 23, 2006 A note states that ″a plotting job is already being published in the background and only one job can be published at a time. Wait for the job to complete then try again.″ In AutoCAD 2002 I can print the same drawings immediately one. Options dialog box -> Plot and Publish tab -> Background processing options area ( bottom left ). When trying to print or plot several drawings from AutoCAD, the following message is displayed: A job is already in progress. Only one job can be processed at a time. This issue occurs because background plotting is enabled. When background plotting is enabled, you cannot send more than one drawing to be plotted at the same time.
And I want to put a form on the back of each layout when I plot/publish (all layouts, 11x17 size). We have an IKON CPP500 color copier/printer. Sims 3 activation code keygen. Driver allows selection of duplexing within a single print job. Looked once at 'Publishing' (doesn't seem to work, so far, with custom plot config, properties set to duplex). 'sheet sets' seem too cumbersome. Both take -some- effort to setup/insert the additional 'form' layout.

I want to create a setup that can be built/saved once, and applied to subsequent drawing plotting. Rather than build for each drawing I create. I could insert the form in our drawing template, as a layout between each of our already defined layouts. But, so far, it looks faster/easier just to do the double siding at the copier, manually re-copying a plot set, rather than via plot/publish printing. Does that seem accurate, or should I fuss with 'publishing' some more? (Haven't looked further at the special features of the print/copier either, yet. Watermarks, etc.).
